Grazia Condello is a partner in the law firm, Neuberger & Partners LLP. Ms. Condello joined with Joseph A. Neuberger, in 1998 and was part of the first group of paralegals to be licensed by the Law Society of Ontario.
Ms. Condello’s areas of practice include defending clients charged with criminal summary conviction matters, Provincial Offences and Human Rights. In addition to her practice, Ms. Condello has assisted lawyers with the defence of many high-profile and complex criminal cases, includes homicide offences, domestic assault charges, sexual assault, drug related offences and dangerous driving offences.
Ms. Condello is an experienced and skilled litigator who has been successfully defending clients for over twenty years. In additional to criminal defence, she has successfully defended clients charged with false allegations of sexual harassment before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
Ms. Condello became fascinated with wrongful convictions in high school after reading the biographies of people who were wrongly convicted, including David Milgaard, Steven Truscott, Guy Paul Morin, and Donal Marshall Jr. She was an avid reader of Charles Dickens who was highly critical of the inequities in the criminal justice system.
Ms. Condello still has the same passion for defending clients as she did when she joined Joseph Neuberger in 1998. She is currently completing the Professional LL.M. program at Osgoode Hall Law School and expects to write the Bar exam in 2025.
Ms. Condello is a speaker for Continuing Professional Development programs through the Law Society of Ontario, Osgoode PD, Durham College, and other CPD providers.
