Neuberger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Neuberger &amp; Partners LLP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Criminal Defence Lawyers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In an effort to enforce physical distancing and curb the spread of Covid19, effective March 25, 2020, all city-owned playgrounds, sports fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, off-leash dog parks, skateboard and BMX parks, picnic areas, outdoor exercise equipment, and other parks amenities, as well as parking lots attached to its parks system are closed to the public.\u00a0 This includes school sports and playgrounds.<\/p>\n<p>Violation of these closure orders can result in people being fined up to $5,000.00.\u00a0 Residents with concerns about park usage can call 311 to report their concerns.<\/p>\n<p>By-law enforcement officers along with police services will be cooperating to patrol and monitor compliance and to enforce these closures.\u00a0 It is vital that all members of the public observe these closures and public health guidelines.\u00a0 Not only can a violation result in apprehension and being fined, violation puts our communities at risk.\u00a0 If these closures are not followed, the municipal and provincial governments can ramp up enforcement and this is not in the best interests of our communities and puts front line workers at risk.<\/p>\n<p>All cities and towns are acting in concert with the City of Toronto, including Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Markham.<\/p>\n<p>Trails and nature areas in Richmond Hill remain open but everyone is required to practice physical distancing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What you Need to Know Joseph A.
