David
S. Rose Mr.
Rose’s practice focuses on the defence of criminal charges,
commercial litigation, and appearance before inquests and public
inquiries. He appears frequently at trials and appeal in the Ontario
Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court, and Ontario Court of Justice,
as well as Coroner’s Court. His work appears at Recent

Professional
Activities
Mr.
Rose is a past member of the Examinations Committee of the Bar Admission
Course (criminal procedure) of the Law Society of Upper Canada. In
February 2005 Mr. Rose was invited to testify before House
of Commons Standing Committee on Justice regarding proposed
changes to DNA in the Criminal Code.
