David Rose

Professional Activities

Mr. Rose is a past member of the Examinations Committee of the Bar Admission Course (criminal procedure) of the Law Society of Upper Canada.

In February 2005 Mr. Rose was invited to testify before House of Commons Standing Committee on Justice regarding proposed changes to DNA in the Criminal Code.
